Chad Hatfield is a Tampa/St. Petersburg area native. After graduating High School, Chad attended Huntingdon College and graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting along with being a 4 year letterman for the Hawks Football program. “Football taught me very valuable transferable skills such as work ethic, discipline, problem solving and working with a diverse group of individuals to achieve one goal”. Before obtaining his Real Estate license, Chad spent 7 years in education as a teacher and football coach. Chad prides himself in his passionate and heartfelt drive to serve his clients best interest. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the right property for his clientele. Rudy Consoni moved to the St. Pete Beach area from Switzerland with a Bachelors Degree in Business in 1988. Since arriving he has pursued his interest in Florida beach Real Estate. He was partner in a Real Estate company in Madeira Beach before opening his own office, Resort Realty, in 1998. Rudy has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1992. His specialty is representing buyers from Europe. In addition to English, he speaks fluent German, Spanish and French. Rudy knows the needs of European buyers, is familiar with the pitfalls they face and has an understanding of immigration policy with regard to real estate transactions. Corey is a Tampa/St. Petersburg native, where he was born, raised, and still currently resides with his wife and three beautiful children.Corey graduated from Plant High School and was recruited to play baseball at Oklahoma State University where he earned honors and was inducted into the OSU Baseball Hall of Fame. He then went on to play professionally for 12 years. After retiring from professional baseball, Corey started a construction and demo company in Tampa.
